| Untitled Document ALL AWARDS (with exception to the clan match, live ops and service awards) ARE GIVEN AT THE QUARTERLY REVIEWS Clan Service Awards Note: Service Awards are given based on the date you become a full member. 1st Service Ribbon | | The 1st Service Ribbon is given to those who have been in the clan for 6 months. | 2nd Service Ribbon | | The 2nd Service Ribbon is given to those who have been in the clan for a total of 12 months. | Extended Service Ribbon | | The Extended Service Ribbon is given to those who have been in the clan for a total of 18 months (1 and a half years). | Veteran Service Ribbon | | The Veteran Service Ribbon is given to those who have been in the clan for a total of 24 months (2 years). | The 22nd SAS Service Medal | | The 22nd SAS Service Medal is awarded to those who have served in the clan for 36 months (3 years). | The 22nd SAS Extended Service Medal | | The 22nd SAS Extended Service Medal is awarded to those who have served in the clan for 60 months (5 years). | The 22nd SAS Veteran Service Medal | | The 22nd SAS Veteran Service Medal is awarded to those who have served in the clan for 96 months (8 years). | Clan Match Awards MP Match Bronze Pin | | The MultiPlayer Bronze Match Pin is awarded by the Match Arrangers to the Clan Match participant that was voted as doing well in a Clan Match. | MP Match Silver Pin | | The MultiPlayer Silver Match Pin is awarded by the Match Arrangers to the Clan Match participant that was voted as doing very well in a Clan Match. | MP Match Gold Pin | | The MultiPlayer Gold Match Pin is awarded by the Match Arrangers to the Clan Match participant considered by vote as performing the best in a Clan Match. | | The Match Veteran Badge is automatically awarded to members who have attained a high standard in their match play. Each member begins with a Match Pin score and each Match Pin they might get awarded for playing in clan matches gets deducted from that score (Gold Match Pins are worth more than Bronze). Once a member takes their Match Pin score down to zero, they receive this award. | | Members automatically recieve a Reserve Clan Match Coin when they have been placed on reserve for a clan match. In order to qualify as a reserve, including having put their name down to play in the match, they must also be easily contactable during the entire match. Two Reserve coins counts as one Clan Match Coin. | | Members automatically recieve a Clan Match Coin upon taking part in a clan match. A reservist who is called upon to play will get a Clan Match Coin rather than the Reserve Coin, regardless of how long they actually participated in the match. Clan Match Coins count towards the Clan Match Ribbons and the Clan Match Medal. | Silver Clan Match Ribbon | | The Silver Clan Match Ribbon is automatically awarded to members who have fought in 20 Clan Matches. | Gold Clan Match Ribbon | | The Gold Clan Match Ribbon is automatically awarded to combat experienced fighters who have fought in 60 Clan Matches. | | The Clan Match Medal is automatically awarded to combat veterans who have fought in 100 Clan Matches. | Live Ops Awards | Live Ops Coins are updated automatically for those who take part in a Live Ops mission or a Troop Wars event and are displayed on the Troopers Page. These coins and the subsequent awards are NOT Troop/Game specific. The maximum number of Live Ops Coins displayed for each member is 80. | First Live Ops Ribbon | | The First Live Ops Ribbon is awarded upon completion of the 10th Live Ops. | Second Live Ops Ribbon | | The Second Live Ops Ribbon is awarded upon completion of the 20th Live Ops. | | The First Live Ops Medal is awarded upon completion of the 40th Live Ops. | | The Second Live Ops Medal is awarded upon completion of the 60th Live Ops. | Troop Awards Troop Service Pins | | The Troop Service Pin is awarded to members who have dedicated 6 months to their Troop. If a member leaves a Troop from which they have received Service Awards to join another Troop, they keep all of their previous Troop Service Awards and begin to collect the Service Awards from their new Troop. 6 months in the BF2 Troop will earn a member the BF2 Service Pin, just as 6 months in the COD4 Troop will earn the COD4 Service Pin, and so on. | Troop Service Ribbons | | The Troop Service Ribbon is awarded to members who have dedicated 12 months to their Troop. If a member leaves a Troop from which they have received Service Awards to join another Troop, they keep all of their previous Troop Service Awards and begin to collect the Service Awards from their new Troop. 12 months in the BF2 Troop will earn a member the BF2 Service Ribbon, just as 12 months in the COD4 Troop will earn the COD4 Service Ribbon, and so on. | Troop Extended Service Ribbons | | The Troop Extended Service Ribbon is awarded to members who have dedicated 18 months (1 and a half years) to their Troop. If a member leaves a Troop from which they have received Service Awards to join another Troop, they keep all of their previous Troop Service Awards and begin to collect the Service Awards from their new Troop. 18 months in the BF2 Troop will earn a member the BF2 Extended Service Ribbon, just as 18 months in the COD4 Troop will earn the COD4 Extended Service Ribbon, and so on. | Troop Veteran Service Ribbons | | The Troop Veteran Service Ribbon is awarded to members who have dedicated 24 months (2 years) to their Troop. If a member leaves a Troop from which they have received Service Awards to join another Troop, they keep all of their previous Troop Service Awards and begin to collect the Service Awards from their new Troop. 24 months in the BF2 Troop will earn a member the BF2 Veteran Service Ribbon, just as 24 months in the COD4 Troop will earn the COD4 Veteran Service Ribbon, and so on. | | The Troop Service Medal is awarded to members who have dedicated 36 months (3 years) to their Troop. If a member leaves a Troop from which they have received Service Awards to join another Troop, they keep all of their previous Troop Service Awards and begin to collect the Service Awards from their new Troop. 36 months in the BF2 Troop will earn a member the BF2 Service Medal, just as 36 months in the COD4 Troop will earn the COD4 Service Medal, and so on. | | The Troop Support Medal is awarded to those who are seen to dedicate themselves to their Troop, intent on helping the Troop to improve and grow. If a member who has a Troop Support Medal later leaves their Troop to join another, they simply keep their Medal and cannot receive one from their new Troop. | | The Ambassador Medal is awarded to those who show exemplary attitude and behaviour in the view of the general public (ie being the face that is always seen by the general players and being polite and diplomatic to them at all times), who are seen to often be the first member on the server trying to get it started and by showing good judgement and fairness while policing the server. If a member who has an Ambassador Medal later leaves their Troop to join another, they simply keep their medal and cannot receive one from their new Troop. | Performance Awards MP Outstanding Performance Ribbon | | The Outstanding Performance Ribbon is awarded to those who are competent at their game, does very well in multiplayer games against other players and consistently gets high kills and/or success rates. | MP Elite Performance Ribbon | | The Elite Performance Ribbon is awarded to those who have a very high degree of skill in the multiplayer games that they play, consistently play at a high standard against other players and consistently get very high or top kills and/or success rates. | MP Outstanding Performance Medal | | The MultiPlayer Outstanding Performance Medal is awarded to those who have proven themselves capable maintaining thier competence at their game over a long time, doing very well in multiplayer games against other players and consistently getting high kills and/or success rates. | MP Elite Performance Medal | | The MultiPlayer Elite Performance Medal is awarded to those who have proven that they can sustain their very high degree of skill in the multiplayer games over a long time, consistently playing at a high standard against other players and consistently getting very high or top kills and/or success rates. | MP Outstanding Performance Badge | | The MultiPlayer Outstanding Performance Badge is awarded to those who have been doing very well in online multiplayer gaming against other players for an extended period of time and have been consitantly getting high kills and/or success rates for that time too. | MP Elite Performance Badge | | The MultiPlayer Elite Performance Badge is awarded to those who either have a very high degree of skill in the multiplayer games that they play, have been consistently playing at a high standard against other players for an extended period of time and have been consistently gaining very high or top kills and/or success rates, or to those who have reached a very high degree of skill in more than one game. | Member of the Quarter Member of the Quarter Pin | | The Member of the Quarter Pin is used to show that a member has previously been awarded the Member of the Quarter Badge. Each member can have a maximum of 4 MOTQ Pins, showing that they have held the MOTQ Badge 4 times previously. | Member of the Quarter Badge | | The Member of the Quarter Badge is an award given at every review to the member who has impressed the Directing Staff the most over the last 3 months. | Member of the Quarter Medal | | Only two levels short of the “Life-Time Achievement” award that is the 22nd SAS Excellence Badge, the Member of the Quarter Medal is given to those who have been awarded the MOTQ Badge a total of 5 times, and is therefore quite difficult to obtain and highly prized. At the end of the Quarter that the member has held their 5th MOTQ Badge for, they lose their 4 previous MOTQ Pins and gain the MOTQ Medal. | Good Conduct Awards Good Conduct Ribbon | | The Good Conduct Ribbon is a “one per Troop” award that is given to the Troop Member that the Troop IC and 2IC’s consider to have shown good gamesmanship and have conducted themselves in a friendly manner, as-well-as having followed the Clan’s SOP’s and the Troop’s server rules without question and to the letter. If a member who already has a Good Conduct Ribbon receives another one, they get a Good Conduct Ribbon with another gold star on it. The gold stars increament by 1 each time the member is awarded this award, upto a maximum of 3 gold stars (which is 3 times awarded). However, this award is lost if the member receives a Gypsy. | The 22nd SAS Commendation Medal | | The 22nd SAS Commendation Medal is given to any member who owns a 3 Star Good Conduct Ribbon and is recommended for that award again. Only a few levels short of the “Life-Time Achievement” award that is the 22nd SAS Excellence Badge, it is therefore a highly prestigious and sought after medal. However, this award is lost if the member receives a Gypsy. | | Merits are a small "thank you" to you from the Directing Staff or your Troop IC's/2IC's. They are given for doing things that you have been asked to do to help us, eg: Helping your Troop IC to get screenshots of the maps for use in Training and Tactics by going on their server; Making a post or PM about a Troop related matter, like the Quarterly Review results for example, on the bahalf of your Troop IC; Helping a member of the Directing Staff with a Troop or Server Admin problem. The maximum number of Merits displayed for each member is 60. | Merit Ribbon | | The Merit Ribbon is automatically given upon receiving the 20th Merit. Another row of 10 "blank" Merits will then show on the member's Trooper's Page so that they can continue collecting more Merits. | The Meritorious Conduct Medal | | (Image not yet created) The Meritorious Conduct Medal is automatically awarded upon receiving the 40th Merit. Another row of 10 "blank" Merits will then show so that more Merits can be collected (upto a maximum of 60). | The 22nd SAS Most Improvement Badge | | The 22nd SAS Most Improvement Badge is an annual award that is awarded at the end of every year to the member whom the Directing Staff feel have improved the most out of all members. | The 22nd SAS Annual Citation Badge | | The 22nd SAS Annual Citation Badge is given solely by the Clan Leader, RSM Mazing, in recognition of involvement in the clan. Considered as one short of the “Life-Time Achievement” award that is the 22nd SAS Excellence Badge, this is given to the member who has lived and breathed the 22nd SAS for the last year, helping those around them and helping to improve the clan. Due to the level of involvement required, this award tends to be received by long serving, high ranking individuals and is therefore highly prized. | The 22nd SAS Excellence Badge | | The 22nd SAS Excellence Badge is a life-time achievement award and is the highest commendation that can be received. It is awarded by the Directing Staff to those who have shown commitment and dedication above and beyond the level expected, showing consistently high standards within the clan and whilst representing it, including continueing to conduct themselves in a respectable manner as laid down by the Clan’s SOP’s and any Troop server rules. However, this award is lost if the member receives a Gypsy. | NCO's Awards Outstanding Junior NCO Badge | | The Outstanding Junior NCO Badge is given out every 6 months (Jan 1st and July 1st Reviews) by the DS to the Junior NCO (Lance Corporal or Corporal) that they feel is doing an exemplary job. | Outstanding Senior NCO Badge | | The Outstanding Senior NCO Badge is given out every 6 months (Jan 1st and July 1st Reviews) by the DS to the Senior NCO (Sergeant, Staff Sergeant or Sergeant Major) that they feel is doing an exemplary job. | | The NCO & WO Service Badge is awarded in recognition of and for thanks to members who have spent 9 months at the same rank (excludes Privates). | Communications Award | The Communications Badge is awarded to regular users of SASCOM’s. In order to gain the Communications Badge, a member must conform to the following criteria: Must be a regular SASCOM’s user; Must use the correct channels (as available) when on comms; Must have the correct Display Name on comms; Must attempt to communicate efficiently with team mates. | Passing Selection Award Selection Passed With Distinction Pin | | The Selection Passed With Distinction Pin is awarded to members who passed selection with the following Training Academy ticks: Photo Submitted; Active in Community; SASCOM Regular; Match Attended/Reserve; Xfire Regular. If any Recruit is Gypsied, they lose their chance of being awarded the Selection Passed With Distinction Pin, regardless of how many of the above ticks they may complete their probationary period with. |
